Evolution and The Heresy Thereof


 In recent weeks, the theory (which will always just be a theory) of Evolution has been on my mind. A lot of people think that this world just came about out of happenstance. They think that by chance life started out as some sort of bacteria, and from the same bloodline came mammals, and eventually mammals who were humans. With that idea alone, theoretically, if we did evolve from monkeys or apes or whatever the "science" says, there shouldn't be any monkeys or apes left, it should only be humans. As we can see here on God's green earth today, that is not the case but deception seems to be something that is prevalent in today's society.  They think that by chance, the most complex computer on the face of the earth (aka, the human brain) came about. They think that a body with so much detail just came about, literally out of thin air. If you use any true form of logic and thinking, that is pure nonsense! I don't find the earth and all life to be created quite that way. I find in the very beginning of the Bible it says "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth" (Gen 1:1). That one verse covers a lot. That one verse covers the creation of time, matter, and space, all of which do not exist without the power of God. That should be enough evidence to show that the creation of this planet is not by chance! This verse shows that God had purposed to create the earth, and it wasn't something that just magically came together. The scriptures go on to show that everything that was created, the Lord had purposed to do. As you continue to read Genesis you will find that God spent 5 days creating the wildlife of the water and the air, and then He made the wildlife of the land and man on the sixth day. It says "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them." (Gen 1:26-27) This shows with all sureness that life or anything else was not created by chance! This shows that God created man to be higher than the animals of this earth. This is the scriptural evidence that we can eat meat and use hide of animals if we please to do so. Animals shouldn't have "rights" like humans do, because the Lord God did not purpose it to be that way. This also shows the fact that if you were born a male, you will always be a male and if you were born a female you will always be a female no matter what measure you take to try to change that. You cannot change the purpose of God! We were created by a higher power, one who is omnipotent and omnipresent, the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending. (Rev 1:8) I feel like a lot of people are easily deceived by the men of this world to believe such a lie as evolution. As you can see with the above scripture, the idea of evolution is nonsense. Evolution is an idea that shouldn't be celebrated, but something regarded as heresy because that is what it is. I'm glad that we have a maker that is above us and all powerful. I hope this little writing is of benefit to you and might encourage you to study up a little more on this subject, and if you do, give the credit to God. I am but someone spreading the word of God.  There is no doubt, if you have read any of my previous posts, that I believe that eternal salvation is obtained 100% by the sovereign grace of Christ and nothing else. Fear Not

 In this life that we live in, it is very easy to become distraught and down because of everything that comes up in this life. This past week was a stressful week for me, simply because I wasn't doing the best mentally. I was just having a down week. It could have been the same case for you. We tend to think that when we are facing challenges, that we are the only ones who are facing the challenge. Let me tell you something, you are not the only one facing problems or fear. All of us have been through the fire at some point. We have all been to the point where we thought that there wasn't anything left, that it had all gone bad. As we look at the scriptures we can see that is simply not the case. It has not all gone bad, the scriptures even support the fact that there will be a church body meeting when Jesus Christ comes again.
